On the heels of his announcement of more planned features and non-gaming uses for the Nintendo DS, the TV tuner accessory hit the official Nintendo website for preorder today ... and it was so popular that the overloaded servers crashed and burned. Sounds like it may be time for Nintendo to let a few outside retailers take on some of that preorder burden, eh?
