Of course, your eyes are wide open as you hunch down in your chair and angle the monitor away from your coworker's potential gaze, curious to see how this issue of 'lesbian alien sex' plays out in BioWare's Mass Effect. I'm confused! I've recently bought Mass Effect and played it to conclusion for the first time. There's adolescent flirting and a very brief sex scene. I'm an adult! The game's rated Mature 17+. If it were a movie, the highest rating it could muster would be PG 13. What am I doing wrong? Is there some advice on how to access the adult material? While I thought the game was basically good, I was disappointed with the adult RPG abilities. If the gaming industry wants to tap the vast baby-boomer generation they need to get out of the middle-school frame of mind. I'm a new player who believes the Mature rating is totally deceptive!!

Do all game companies use the same "rubbery-spined ants-in-the-pants" kinetics for their human models? Every freakin game I see, the people talk and rock or twitch like they gotta pee or something. When I talk to a standing person, they are standing...not rocking or acting like they have a spinal disease!

It's supposed to signify breathing, i suppose, to show that there is life in the characters. It's been a staple of 3D games since Super Mario 64 (being as far back as i can recall it)

So you're suggesting that the "romance" between these two characters is substantially explained within Mass Effect's story? I always thought the game would take more interesting directions with the plot than developing an alien lesbian romance. Luckily it doesn't look like they wasted much time developing it, they just kinda threw it in there... lol. Good stuff.
