Unreal had a class system in the game Unreal 2.

as granted said, its the standard, only Unreal Tournament created the standard.

There are more game types in this game than just death match.maybe warfare would be more to your liking. It mixes onslaught with assault.

Funny - I found TF2 to be a total borefest compared to the UT3 demo. Maybe I just like these so-called "standard shooters".

Or maybe I simply enjoy frenetic shooters with little waiting. If I wanted something else, I'd play Gears of War or Half-Life 2 - both great games for their own reasons.

Seriously, "no heart"? What the fuck?

It seems to me that the fast-natured gameplay of UT3 reminds you of games from the 90's. Guess what - it's *supposed* to.

If you feel that all shooters must evolve in terms of how the action plays, stay away from this game.

thanx KYLE ORLAND...
for leaving out the part "about programming difficulties? Rein says such things had no effect on them in the end." where he adds, "I don't think the PS3 was any more of a challenge than any other new piece of hardware that we've used. Remember, we've been making PC games for years and the PC isn't one platform, it's hundreds of platforms. There's no two PCs that are completely identical in many cases."

gabe who? gabe lazy fat ass still using the same outdated source engine discouraging new technology riding the halflife franchise like guiliani riding 9/11.

and also this part "It's a really high end experience that pushes the graphics bar up even higher than Gears of War. There's more polygons, there's more stuff going on, there's more explosions and there's more things happening." which should disspell the misconception that the ps3 can't handle gears of war that xbots believe so they can sleep at night.

way to go for you're unbiased post... kyle ;)

way to go mark rein for givin in to sony and rushing this game full of bugs. good luck!!!! ;) i won't mind the bugs as long as the game is unplayable. if i can clip through walls, even better!
m/keyboard on ps3 ftw!!!

OMG! You said In America, oy! That's what Bandit Keith says in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged series. You can find it on youtube.com or try searching on ovguide. That show makes Family Guy look dumb, oy.
