Mass Effect love scene now less safe for work [update]

Update: Microsoft has asked GameVideos to yank the video. Peepshow's over, folks!

WARNING: Unlike the sex scene we linked last week, this one can be described as "not safe for work," "not work safe," "NSFW," "NWS," and "not safe to play around female spouse." Any potential job loss, spouse loss, or sleeping on the couch that you incur from watching this video lies solely on your shoulders. That said, there isn't any Asari nipple to be seen in the video, so this is an FX level skin drama at best.

Said video, containing some (female) Commander Shepherd on Asari action beneath the break. Yeah, we tease like that.

Of course, if you got the game early thanks to another "blue light special," you might have seen the steamy scene already. However, do you know about the dangers of ASD, or Alien Sex Disease? If not, watch this video to get a quick lesson on the dangers of mating with extraterrestrial lifeforms.

It was from Hyperdrive, a BBC sitcom. It's not too bad but it's not exactly Red Dwarf. Got a bit better towards the end of the last season though.

People like this guy are hilarious. They really want to tell everyone how pathetic it is to watch a video game sex scene.

We aren't in the days of Leisure Suit Larry anymore pal.

Chances are you wouldn't complain once if a movie had the same kind of scene in it. Everyone wants video games to be held up to the same level as movies, but whenever someone tries to take it to that level, people like this have to come out and say your pathetic if you watch this.

The only people who feel the need to say this are trying to prove something to themselves and others, that they aren't so much of a loser/geek that they get off by watching this.

I doubt Bioware made this scene for people "to get off on", but to show the ultimate expression of love that your player character can experience.
This isn't DOAX either, it's a tastefully done scene, like you can see on any TV show or movie these days.

You are calling people out to get a life, but you should really take your own advice and become more cultured to the world out there.

That was fantastic, the fact Jennifer Hale is female Shepard's VA only makes it more awesome.

Now what the hell was the crap last week? I mean christ, a kiss would of been enough, just something to say "hey, these two chicks really dig each other", but no, we got bizarro robots.

People who have bought the game, I must ask. Is there an option called "shitty Titanic ripoff mode" where you can turn off all the decent writing? It's the only explanation I can think of for the two scenes to coexist in the one game.

Just like anything else that was cool at first, gamevideos has become way too commercial. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if one of the people that got the game from K-Mart, shot this footage, and the PR department at Bioware went apeshit and told Gamevideos to delete it.

If only anyone saved it and could mirror it to youtube. Not that I really want to see it anyway....yeah...that's the ticket
