seriously embassy - why do you exist again? The game has pushed a quarter of a million units worldwide in 10 days. probably more money than you will make in your lifetime.

Seriously....

I hope that answers your retarded question.

Um...
Seriously...

I am not sure why I am even bothering to respond to your stupidity but what the hell. 250k units in 10 days for a new IP is outstanding given the release time and the fact that it is up against titles that have much more hype and budgets likely 5 times the amount of this game. Its simple economics, even a simpleton like you can figure it out - the name of the game is ROI. I bought the game and love it - especially the multiplayer. I don't work for Sierra but I do have shares in Vivendi - and if they keep releasing games like TimeShift I may have to buy some more...

Don't you have anything better to do than bash other people's hard work? Maybe you should be surfing porn - at least that could release all that built up aggression you have.

Seriously...

seriously...( continuing the trend)

u miss the point.

this is a one-shot deal..unless sierra plans on piggybacking holiday sales every year...timeshift is derivative and exists in an already overcrowded sci-fi shooter field and will be overshadowed by actual *good* games within the same genre.

which is my point.

why should i play this when there are loads of better sci-fo shooters from better studios?

and why should i believe this franchise has any legs?

*playing* timeshift doesnt answee either of those questions

and im thinking a majority of sci-fi shooter fans agree, or are too busy playing *good* sci-fi shooters.

250k between 2 platforms..let me throw a party for u guys.

Good luck finding anyone online in this game. I tried it out, was lucky to find rooms with more than 6 people and a decent connection.

Rental at best in the slow summer months.

I think this game is getting bashed more it should. I currently have the game through Gamefly and am finding the single player to rather enjoyable. I like it more than a POS game like FEAR that people inexplicably love.

The AI in the game is terrible. Instead of making the enemies smart, they just made them impervious to 4 clips of machine gun fire.

There are definitely some cool elements to the game. It is also a very good looking game as well (blew Halo 3 out of the water 100X's over) but it was just lackluster.

I beat it and tried out the online multiplayer only to discover there were 7 total people playing online. It would have been most welcome this past summer, but now it's just too mediocre to get into...especially w/ CoD 4 out.

As far as multiplayer, I hacked a code to use the time disrupter greneade on GCN.
At least the comercials for this game are cool.
