There are some games that would be perfect for the DS because they would (or already do) work so well with a stylus, yet they somehow haven't managed to make their way on over yet. What game or franchise do you think needs to be on the DS, specifically because of the handheld's stylus controls? It could be a game that's on another platform instead (for shame!) or something that's not even in the works yet.
We took the easy way out and chose a game that already had stylus controls, but we're sure you can be much more creative.
*Note: The above game is a work in progress known as Crayon Physics Deluxe.

Okami, obviously. But to put even a little thought into my answer, I think Bushido Blade (from the original Playstation) would be superb. The one hit kill strategy worked well then, and I think it would only get better on the DS.

I'm hoping that Chalk gets picked up as a DS game. The PC version has you drawing chalk lines to deflect bullets and kill baddies, and it seems like it'd be a perfect fit for the system.
Bonus points: apparently the guy who made this indie title worked on Contra 4.

Sorry, forgot the links: http://www.konjak.org/chalk.htm for Chalk, and http://www.konjak.org/work.htm for more on the guy's work on Contra 4.

With the DS's point interpolation, the once beautiful cel shaded Okami could turn into a blocky nightmare. If they could pull it off in @d, 2D/3D or somehow manage full 3D, I'm all for it. How about a New Super Mario World? Oh right, stylus integration. That I don't know. I would like a continuation of the Super Mario World style of mario before anything else, though.

I came here with the same response as #4... Expand that game by several hours and maybe a few extra gameplay modes... the perfect DS game.

A Boy and His Blob, but this go-about, the blob would react to what ever is drawn on the touch screen. If one draws a ladder, he shifts into a ladder. However, that sort of recognition would be tricky, I imagine.

im really going to have to go out on a limb and say techmo's deception would be awsomeon the ds.....it was like a game on the play stationwhere you are the villain and trap weery traveleers who come to your mansion.....its been awhile since i have played that over-looked gem of a game but i think the ds controlles mixed with alittle tweak of the game would be awsome

People complain when stylus control is "tacked on" then people complain when its not there at all. (sigh)
I think touchscreen Adventures of Lolo could work using the Phantom Hourglass eaque controls.

A Taco Bell game would be awesome because you can fold the tacos and burritos with the stylus. With the microphone, you could be a customer and instead of making the tacos, you can order them using voice recognition.

An OFFICIAL Lemmings release...
Sony stole the franchise for the PSP, why? It is obviously a DS game. The emulated version (from http://www.mrdictionary.net/lemmings/ ) is good, but no cigar.
