Congratulations to Steve Napierski's Dueling Analogs, who turns two years old tomorrow. Interesting note: according to Wikipedia, DA has won the webcomic wrapup seven times since May 2006. More interesting note: someone actually went through our archives and counted.
Head over to Dueling Analogs and sift through their archives, then come back and tell us your favorites. (Our picks, for obvious reasons: So Dark the Contra of Man, PSP Philosophy.) And when you do return, would you kindly pick your favorite game-related webcomic in our poll below?

People who are offended easily annoy me, too.
But this is not something that would qualify. This is clearly the intention & I am disappointed to see so many people don't understand that.
I challenge Joystiq to post those cartoons of Mohammad. They won't, which is where my anger stems from. Christians are easy pickings these days... it's a shame.

Extremely poor decision Joystiq,
but what the heck it does generate profitable traffic.

I really don't mind religious jokes, but this one just hit way below the belt. Besides, I've heard similar ones before and it wasn't even funny then.

I can see where all the posts are coming from. Stupid people thinking they know something about religion.
Anyways, I voted for Action Trip. VGcats was terrible.

Normally I would read the entire text but
A) I have better things to do than reading the giant text wall of doom just to find out is just pointing at the obvious.
B) Complaining about web comics being lazy with a dull wall of text with a giant lack of format (The text format is the natural enemy of the giant wall of text) like if you were paying for it is just plain stupid, no offence but no one forces you to read them also that making comedy is just plain hard.
C) After my crapola experience playing assassins’ creed I feel like burning a cat but NEDM is here so I’ll burn gamespot offices for giving a 9.0 to such a disappointing title instead and probably cry because the Spanish version of Ass creed is entirely broken and the text couldn’t make less sense, I’m going to try it later to see if in some point it gets better even when critics say it only gets worst.

Best webcomic this week was definitely the Jade Raymond one done by Dave Cheung of Chugworth Academy. Yes it was sleazy, but it was also brilliant satire making fun of both Ubisoft's encouragement of "Wow! Isn't Jade Hot!" fanboyism, as well as the fanboys themselves. Plus somethingawful's response to Ubisoft's lawyer after being sent a cease & desist letter just for having a useer-posted link to the comic in their forum was absolutely priceless

My fav DA comic is the one where Mario sees the mushroom retainer in the castle and upon hearing the princess being in another castle he rips off his clothing and goes after him instead.
Oh wait, wasn't that the comic that he ripped the idea from Scott from VG Cats? Yes I do believe so.
I don't understand why people look at DuelingAnalogs, I don't think any of his comics are funny (other than the ones he steals from other people of course).

To all of you that blast me for saying that I was offended at the notion of Christ getting a bj, are missing my point big time. If you learn to read, then you will know what the point I was trying to get across. But I will say it again for those of you that are to slow to understand what I was saying and taking it out of context. Joystiq obviously doesn't give a crap about what some of its readers hold sacred. I respect the right of joystiq to do or say whatever they want, but I believe that posting this "joke" was disregarding people of faith that visit. As I said before, I can take a religious joke, and I think it is healthy for the soul to laugh at yourself every now and then and not take yourself too seriously. I am not the pc police, if I was I would be calling for joystiq to be shut down, which I'm not. If any of you have an understanding of faith in any religion, then you might understand where I'm coming from. This was not your typical religious joke. It implied something that I don't think anybody of serious faith wouldn't find offensive. But this sophomoric attempt and uncreative "joke" was nothing close to funny. And why attack me? What did I say to you personally that would give case to any of you? If they had shown a picture of a cancer patient in a demeaning way, would you feel the same about your beloved joystiq? If they were making fun of starving people, or rape victims, would that be OK? Or what if they made some sick joke about homosexuality that was demeaning to them, would that pass? .
This wasn't a joke, it was the artist and joystiq telling its readers that we have no respect for your beliefs. It's that fact that I am most outraged by. They have the right to offend anyone they want, I don't discount that, I am not demanding that joystiq be penalized in anyway.

TL;DR
Chill out and use paragraphs guy.
Jesus kicked it with prostitutes all the time. As a Christian you should be aware of that and able to laugh at it, and you should even be comfortable with prostitutes because they're real people working harder than you are to make a buck.

Have you ever told a lie, or stolen something? Have you ever used God's name in vain? If you have, God sees you as a liar, a thief, and a blasphemer. You need forgiveness, or you will end up in Hell when you die. http://www.thewaythetruth.com

Rubang, actualy I'm a pretty laid back guy. Does' everyone read the first line and assume what the rest of the post said? Again, I believe you have to laugh at yourself and your beliefs from time to time and not take yourself too serious. I can laugh at religious jokes as much as the next guy. But this whole thing was not a joke. It was an insult.
