See the sexy new Zelda, Nintendogs DS bundles

We already knew this was coming, but Nintendo affirmed today that we'll be seeing two new DS models on the day after Thanksgiving, and they sent along these sexy new box shots to prove it. The first is a Phantom Hourglass bundle that comes with a "glimmering Gold edition" of the DS. If you're ready to take DS gaming from something you can do in public places to something you can do in dimly-lit public places full of non-judgmental people, this is the package for you.

For the ladies there's the Rose DS (check it out after the break), which comes bundled with Nintendogs. It's the "Best Friends" edition of the game, the one that should be rated M for "Most Adorable Thing Ever". Both packages are available for the bargain price of $150.

Wow its not sexy but it sure is very new and exciting.

I want it so bad too, but I do not need another DS Lite or another copy of Phantom Hourglass.

Are the logos stickers? Etched? Painted on? How long will it take for them to wear off, I wonder.

Whatever they are(etched, stickers or painted on) they will last a lifetime as they are under the enamel my friend.

That said the gold is pretty nasty but I like the triforce symbol.

Nintendogs should have been rated M for "Maybe-you'll-play-it-for-a-week-before-you-get-completely-bored-of-it-and-trade-it-in." Clever concept and all but ZZZZZZZZZs in the replayability column.

That Zelda one, though...

I played Nintendogs for a MONTH before I got bored of it.

Ehh...I can't say I'm digging on that gold DS. It just makes me think of toy swords that use a metallic paint to try to look more real. I don't know why, but it does.

I'm thinking of picking up a new one though, probably the Crimson and black one. Now that is a sexy looking DS!

Or maybe we just need a Samfish, naked Peach, model to come out ;-)

Durnit! My father just bought my daughter the regular ole' pink DS, when this is the one I wanted him to get.

I still have the DS Phat from when first came out. I think it is time to upgrade to the Zelda DS Lite.

That box art needs lolcatz. At least a simple, "My pink dobermanz let me show u themz". Proof that Nintendo is really crazy! We demand loldogz on box art!

Except for the fact that my black DS Lite looks hot and that I don't need another DS as well as how I already have Phantom Hourglass, I'd really like to get the Zelda package.

buy a new one and sell your old one on eBay. Then it won't be so expensive. Since it's the holidays you can get a good price as long as you promise fast shipping.

I would get the gold one, because I only have a DS phat, but I already own Phantom Hourglass. Unbundle it Nintendo! Also, I would still prefer silver or green more than gold.
