Yeah, its way better in your head. She plays about 4 bars of each instrument in succession, not all instruments simultaneously.
This idea actually could be done minus the bass guitar if you set your drums on the floor or on pedals like the drummer from Def Leppard.
That actually sounds like a challenge I'd like to undergo.

I tried a solo co-op career on GH3 and managed to pass Slow Ride on easy.
Just strum with the bottom of the Wii Remote or with the base of your thumb.
