It would be nice if they sold the game on its own and made it compatible with my Xbox Xplorer (for Mac, this is).

I wish they would make a standalone version for the PC/Mac cause then I could just use my PS3 GH3 guitar cause I can use that all ready with frets of fire

I'm curious if there are any major framerate issues that could cause problems with delay and stuff. They must have it set to run at a set FPS, otherwise the notes/strumming would be off.

I'm pretty sure this is already out in the US as I've seen a copy or two on ebay...as well as on titborrent. :P

You use the keyboard for the frets, strum with left and right clicks on the mouse, star power with the middle button(scroll wheel) and you just move the mouse to use the whammy bar.
But that got old, so I just started using my 360 Les Paul with my wireless adapter thingo.

I just got this game a few days ago (runs great on my 2.33Core2Duo 20" iMac...running Windows.

Their support team says that their anti-piracy software (which, if you just google "guitar hero 3 .torrent", you'll see doesn't work, anyway) has problems with Roxio Toast and Parallels due to the fact that they can mount images (some sort of permission problems). This upsets me, of course, since I now cannot play my legally purchased game because of anti-piracy software.

At times like these I like to point out that I never saw a "you wouldn't steal a car/bike/DVD, etc" ad placed in movies until 6 months after they stopped using them. The reason: when someone pirates a DVD, they rip that section out, and thus only the people who actually buy movies are stuck watching it. I actually just got Office Space and am going to copy it (for personal use) out of spite, removing that section of the DVD.
