Hardly any downloadable games have demos.

all Live Arcade games come as demos and you have the option to unlock the full game if you want to, this is what fucking sucks about the PSN games, at least most of them are cheap

Some companies give demos. Also they have a system that they call "Starters". But Sony is about freedom of choice so they don't mandate that developers have to do that, it's completely up to the developer. (which I like, being a software developer)

- Some have demos not all though, Pain and Everyday Shooter (recent releases) didn't have Playable Demos. Tho others have.

pain is pretty decent for what it's worth. It's a true arcade title in the sense that it's fun for a half hour or so then you put it down. That being said it's deeper than most xbla titles for around the same price
