Umm... are you serious...?
Because you have to be 18 to download it...
It asks for your birthday, just tell it you're older...
If you're logged in (i don't know if that site has logins or not), then logout, maybe clear your cookies, and try again.
Are you really serious that you couldn't figure that out? I mean, if you weren't logged into anything, i know for a fact it asks you how old you are (well, technically it asks you your birthday, but come on...).

Indeed, I can't download it either even though all my parental settings have been disabled. Why does Microsoft insist on over ruling what my parents have said I can and can't do on my 360?

about marketplace, one of the updates new "features" is denial of any video of or about an "M" rated game to anyone with a child account. Parental settings cannot even override this

Graffically this game looks inferrior to even the darkness. As far as the game goes I doubt there will be anything innovative about it to bring to the series.
This is basically the only thing R star has going for them and its not looking very impressive. Same game with new faces yay.

The game looks fun and all, but graphically a huge let down. Maybe I've just been spoiled by the Mass Effects and Bioshocks of the world.

yeah but GTA III, VC and SA are each in the top ten for the best selling games of all time.

GTA is a license to print money - also Midnight Club: LA looks to fill the street racing void left by the lame NFS Prostreet

If you need a racing fix I suggest Gothom 4 and test drive unlimited.

Damn, I thought they said there was gameplay footage... cutscene footage bores me in just about every game I play, and I never imagined there would be car chases and strip clubs and shooting in a GTA game... what a waste of time.

@16 - granted both good games, but MC:LA is strictly street racing and an example of another gmae R* have and thus not relying on GTA - also it should succeed considering EA screwed up a good formula in NFS. Back to subject - the cars and physics in the trailer look awesome - look at the details - brake calibres, suspension cool looking damage etc

GTA 4 gunna rule - and also Saints Row 2 :-)

graphics wise:

"Worst game ever!" the comicbookguy

but i mean really... this is such a let down.. choppy framerate, textures looks like they belong on PSX and yea.. just a mega disappointment - even for cutscene video..

meh.... looks like garbage... i hope rockstar hasn't decided to just bank on the name and take some time off on this one... if this comes out before next christmas it should only be because they worked on it 24 hours a day from now until release to make it releasable... otherwise, just push it back until it's ready, because from the looks of things, it isn't

You guys can't be seriously putting this game down....It looks great for an open-ended sandbox style game. Not to mention it's going to reinvent a lot of aspects of gaming if ya'll have been reading anything about the game in previews...

Graphics aren't that great and still they can't get rid of these framerate issues? I will probably skip this if the there are noticable framerate drops like that in the final game.

Wow, really? You'll skip a game based on minor framerate issues? Why do people care so much about some slowdown?

Seriously, gamers(especially of the hardcore variety) have become so over-the-top in their elitism it's unbelievable. Here we have a trailer that people are complaining about lacking any gameplay footage yet they're condemning the game for being too much of the same. I'm not a GTA fanboy but the trailers purpose was clearly to promote the characters/story and with no gameplay footage(that is noticeably gameplay) none of you have anything to base your judgements on.

Personally, I thought it was a cool trailer, I've always been a fan of the characters in the GTA games and they helped set it apart from the other 3rd person sandboxers of the world.

Nothing will ever top the 'Welcome To The Jungle' trailer for SA ... even if it was mainly cut scenes. Pure awesomeness.

Woo, Framerate and slow down are two different things. Framerate entales the game running choppy, slowdown is something almost extinct this day and age but dose occue here and there.

All these people crying about cutscenes... get a life, you babies! Games are for entertainment, the stories they tell and that you interact with are THE most important part. I would rather play a good game on an Atari 2600 then a bad game on the xBox 360.

If you're so hung up on graphics that you can't stand "some" games, then why not spend all your time just sitting and watching HD movies?

Calm down, allow yourself to be immersed, and enjoy the game.
