Sad, sad news fanboys, the Fancast will not make a Monday release this week due to Mother Nature acting up. An evil ice storm has swept across the Midwest causing mass hysteria, power outages and is the root of our Fancast delay. But all is not lost fanboys, because you can be sure that we're fighting Mother Nature tooth and nails to bring you your Fancast as soon as humanly possible. She will fall eventually, her ice storm will be crushed and power will be restored to all of Oklahoma. Until then, we ask that you wait, be patient and your Fancast should be available by Tuesday. Mother Nature is going down.

Will not buy from again. Still waiting on my item because of "Mother Nature." Also, he won't respond to my emails.

Hey now, I'm not native here but Oklahoma's pretty nice...and apparently going under some sort of renaissance. It's even got a whole town made of bricks! Also, I've realized that there's really not much to do without electricity. And it gets cold too. Real cold.
That said, that picture looks like my backyard. And, well, the rest of the state. Bah.

Argh... the ice storm may cancel my Calculus and Philosophy final! That may sound good, but they'll be reschedueled to the first day of the next semester! Study over winter break? That's Xbox time!

I'm in KC, and my finals have been cancelled aswell. I think they will be later in the week though, and not the first day of next semester like someone above.
I'm just hoping my power stays on...can't play COD4 without the power on.

No worries XB3F, I went to the store and got a case of "Aquanet" I'll be releasing it into the atmosphere soon enough in an attempt to over-power mother nature. That old bitch has trumped us long enough...

We're getting it pretty hard right now in Missouri. Luckily my 360 RRoD'd early enough this morning that I was able to get out and buy a new Falcon Elite and return to playing Rock Band.

Just got in to work at Wichita and its mostly rain here, with patches of slushy ice. It is a little strange to see this much rain in December.

That is cool that there are some Oklahomans on here. I live by Ardmore. The weather isn't too bad here, just really cold and raining. Luckily no power outages here :)
OKC did get it worse than we did.

Native Oklahoman here. My area (OKC) did get it pretty bad. My power has been out since Sun @ 10pm. My house my be somewhere in the 40s. I could honestly see my own breath indoors yesterday.
I also need to mention the passing of my 5 chiclids and my eel. They were great pets. Damn you Mother Nature! First my fancast, now my fish!
On a lighter note, my horse and buggy seem to be alright.

i think stillwater is one of the few towns to be in the path of the ice storm that didn't really get much damage. i still had my finals this week (which is good, because i am now officially done with the semester) and power is just fine. i know that a lot of the okc metro is in darkness right now, and my parents' house up towards tulsa is without power as well (which would explain richard's demise in this).
and, man, all of those oklahoma jokes are really lame. i'm not against humorous put-downs, but shit, man, try and be clever at least.
