The good news: Bomberman developer Hudson Entertainment is working on a series of games compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch. The bad news: rather than being native to Apple's mobile OS X platform, Hudson's games will be web-based, and will be distributed via a portal with new games promised every week.
Starting tomorrow, iPhone and iPod Touch users will be able to surf to the "Do the Hudson!!" website using the Safari web browser, where they will be able to play such thrilling titles as a tile-flipping game (featuring Bomberman!!), a "Where Waldo"-style game, and a "spot the different" game.
These casual game offerings will be made available for free, although premium, paid content is a possibility for the web portal later down the line. The "Do the Hudson!!" website will also allow users to listen to classic Hudson tunes, read Hudson blogs, and watch Hudson videos. Whoopee.

That's neat but c'mon is the freaking Ipod, those things are more expensive than a PSP or a DS,yet the Iphone touch is kind of cool.
I always wanted to own an Iphone but I would probably never bring it outside for fear of it being stolen.

Lollochops. This was the same prediciment I was in. I'd love a Touch or an iPhone but the capacity is limited. I only got an 80gb iPod in the summer and could only comfortably go back to 64gb.
In a couple of years I'll be there.
Just bought myself a PSP.

Depends... If you're looking for a music player that you can carry around every day, with better battery life, then the iPod Touch is the better, although more expensive choice. It's also roughly 1/3 the size...

The touch has far better build quality and materials that are designed to handle wear & tear a bit better - glass and metal vs. the painted plastic of the PSP.
The PSP isn't really designed as a music player you can keep in your pocket: it's bulky and the headphone jack juts out of the side, rather than one of the short edges. But for gaming the PSP is obviously better. And the touch isn't designed as a game device. You can easily encode video for both, although the screen is higher res and nicer on the touch/iphone.
Something that might get me a little more into putting some music on my PSP is that new $4.99 downloadable game "Phase," a rhythm/tapping game that uses your existing music.
One thing with the iPod Touch that bothers me is the lack of physical volume controls, meaning you can't reach in your pocket and blindly turn it up or down. The iphone has a 'rocker switch' control and I can't understand why Apple would leave it off the touch.
I don't think it's going to be much of a selling point to tell you, Fernando, but the PSP can remotely connect over the internet to a PS3 and stream things like music and video, a pretty cool feature once you get it working.

Goddammit Apple, open your goddamn platform.
Until then, you can count me out on your iPhone wave.
