Today's most inconceivable trailer: Princess Bride trailer

A licensed game for The Princess Bride? Inconceivable! Yet here it is before our eyes, from inconceivably unknown developer Worldwide Biggies (a rather ironic name, come to think of it). Due out in the inconceivable year of 2008, the self-proclaimed downloadable casual title features "over 15 minutes of movie quality animation" spread out over five inconceivable episodes.

The Mac or PC version of The Princess Bride Game will set you back an inconceivable $19.99, or only $16.99 if you pre-order now. Our inconceivable meter just flew through the roof on its way to Inconceivable Land! Still not convinced? Inconceivable! We've embedded the video trailer inconceivably after the break.

I has a CD-i and those games.

It's why, despite having every nintendo console, the only Zelda game I've bought for one was Twilight princess.

All the other CD-i games were pretty decent though. Hotel Mario played pretty similar to other mario games.

Im pretty weary of this game, even though I hope for the best. Theres more to a franchise than just grabbing the name. The characters voices are half the reason you'd do this. The last thing I need to hear is some half assed, low bid voice 'actor' doing his best "my name is inyego montoya...prepare to die" schtick.

I would have to agree with Richard as well, it would be nice to see some gameplay, which the trailer doesnt do. That alone is enough to put me off. YES i realize its a teaser trailer, but the game is already up for pre-sale, and this isnt the high scale Halo game this is an out from nowhere adventure game. you would think they would pack SOME gameplay in there

It's not like he's busy, either. If your budget doesn't permit you to cast Wallace Shawn for a Princess Bride game, just take the L.

There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead - and this game is all dead.
