Ha ha... You know, as much as I loathe TSO, I think that is an absolutely perfect choice for a little GHIII goodness.

It's Mastodon, not Mastadon. And Sleeping Giant is the best track on this list. More metal the better. Linkin Park and The Used are crap. Bring more Pantera and Lamb of God.

I would hardly call these tracks fresh.

I hate you Activision. Your DLC sucks, and you continue to piss off your customers. Release the god-damned PS3 guitar compatibility patch already!

Hooray Mastodon! If they are going to have a track by Die Fantastischen Vier, why couldn't it have been Die Da?

Lame.

Rock Band is slowly destroying GH. That is, for those of us who don't need the challenge of beating Through the Fire & Flames or some crap on Expert.

sorry no, activision destroyed guitar hero the day they bought it. Rock Band simply keeps us from having to accept what they're trying to push on us.

I'm going to pour one out for Guitar Hero later tonight.....

I agree.. LAME tracks. I'm sure SOME people might be excited, but these songs do nothing for me.

Yeah, after 160 pt downloads from Rock Band, 200 just seems even more outrageous.

they couldn't give me linkin park songs for free let alone try to get me to actually waste money on a group that contributes to the plague that is modern "rock"

Am I the only one who's confused as to why "We Three Kings" is rated T for Teen? Are there naughty lyrics in that song?

The rating isn't for the individual song, it's for GH3.

And of course those of us with the Wii version continue to sit on the sidelines, rocking out in mono and downloading nothing onto our non-existent USB hard drives.

:(

Quit whining. You could be playing more Guitar Hero.
Just wait calmly for the re-release disks, they're coming.
And the USB hard drive complaint is Nintendo's fault.

Look at the bright side, atleast we have online play.
*staps on his Wiitar and goes online*

I don't know about GH. Seems a little I have to agree that the Rock Band Special Edition is a better choice.

This is BS... these song are not available on the PS3. Activision's people are being greedy bastards already by not letting Harmonix release the guitar patch and now they are singling out the PS3 owners by releasing this DLC on 360 only. I am FURIOUS!!!
