Well, webcomic gurus, it's been real. With great sadness, we've got to say goodbye. The Weekly Webcomic Wrapup is going off the air for the rest of the year. We're sure you'll miss us, but make no mistake: we'll be back in 2008. (Image Credit: Natural Failure) For the last time in 2007, here we go: here are our picks for the week's best game-related webcomic. Be sure to vote for your favorite!

Some day science will invent a power reactor fueled by pure suck, and thanks to CAD and other "gaming webcomics", we'll never need oil again.

that image you used had a terrible choice of font, it's barely readable

Wow. Every single comic from this week would have had my vote any other week. Great job, all you web-comic making people!

Agreed.
Although, the exposure does seem to slow down her site a lot. Regardless, it still deserves more readers.

2pstart was awesome. Had me laughing out loud on repeated visits. The wii factory floor one was pretty good too.

Cheap Ass Gamer was my choice of the week. The Portal and Bioshock references there were pretty funny, but it's too bad the comic had no cake at the end. Still, it was funny.
AZ and 2p were my runner-ups.

I may be the only one bothered by this, but could you guys start using the name of the comic rather than a word or two saying what it was about? I this as a link to the webcomics I miss during the week, and I would like to see if I've read or not without having to click.

I am ok with the current system. I like the matching game that is part of the weekly wrap up. Its brain exercise with instant gratification.

PA definitely brought the nostalgia bit to the party while xkcd's simplicity was beautiful. Sometimes the right words and tone do more than pixel shading and great drawing.

"Stop having fun!"
There was an xkcd comic about Breakout a couple weeks ago, but this one is good too.

I'm surprised this didn't make the list:
http://www.snafu-comics.com/?strip_id=274
or part 2:
http://www.snafu-comics.com/?strip_id=275
Oh well, there was a bunch of other great ones that I would have picked instead.

I thought most of them were pretty lame (and dear God, what is up with the Mass Effect comic? Are you supposed to be able to read it?). I voted for the last one, just because I like to believe it's the truth.
