One of the things we look forward to each year -- besides drinking more than our fill of eggnog and spending the next day curled into a fetal position on the bathroom tile – is finding Christmas cards in our mailbox sent by video game publishers as a friendly 'thank you' for all the long hours spent blogging instead of pretending we have a life away from the keyboard. While this year has been more sparse than past holidays, 2007 has gifted Joystiq with a handful of notable cards, including well wishes from such companies as Sony Computer Entertainment America, Atlus USA, and Square Enix.
So, of course, we snapped some pictures of the best cards we were sent to share, and as we scramble to find the last remaining scraps of tape needed to close the book on the season's holiday gift wrapping extravaganza, go ahead and check out the gallery below.

Jesus's birth is an excuse for us to come together and have an orgy of mass consumerism that threatens to tear this world asunder.
MERRY CHRISTMAS JOYSTIQ!
