I'd like to think Dr Kawashima was the reason why it was so eerily quiet lately at Old Trafford. ;D

Old Trafford is so quiet because that diving Portuguese tosser that you call a footballer missed a penalty last week, and all the "fans" want to go to another club now that you lost a game

-proud Man U hater-

Leeds United through and through!

"The game reportedly sold 25% percent more than its closest rival, Dr Kawashima's Brain Training."

I believe it is games, because all formats of FIFA 08 combined sold 25% more copies than DS-only title Brain Training.

If we combined both Brain Trainings...

I'm not fond of All Format charts. Doesn't show how exclusives like Bioshock, Mass Effect, and Super Mario Galaxy sold, which don't have the strength of Brain Training and Wii Play.

so if we were to limit this list to platform-exclusive titles for tv-attached-consoles, the 360 wins with Halo3 and the Wii wins with WiiPlay (although not really fair since it's an extra game(s) for $10 more than the cost of a regular wiimote).

Portable devices, the DS wins for most games sold (not a surprise at all).

However, like someone else above mentioned--I'd like to see the totals for console-exclusive games overall, then broken down to each individual console. Did CoD4 beat Halo3 in terms of 360 sales? And did more CoD4 or AC games get purchased by PS3 owners than xbox360 owners? etc etc....

All these numbers are going to be way off. New Super Mario Bros already has sold over 12 million. To say Zelda Phantom Hour Glass will sell only 11 million more units is unfounded.
