Looking decidedly less satisfying at this point is the combat. The demonstrators showed off one weapon (a pretty boring pistol) and some of the ways players can use the claw in combat. Sure, launching your foe in the air and filling him with bullets is great, but its tactical value is a bit suspect, especially considering your completely open to attacks from other enemies as you do so. That said, it's an early build and Capcom promises more weapons and more varied environments to keep things interesting. Let's hope so. Check out the remaining two videos after the break.

No offense to the devs but I really don't like the look of this game, it seems really childish and something that will get very boring, very fast.

Funny that you say that. I was just going to say that it is starting to look better. When I saw the first video I thought it looked kind of lame. Now I am liking what I see. The post apocalyptic eviorment looks cool. It might be a buy for me, but we'll see. One thing I would like to see is some Prince of Persia climbing action.

I don't really mind its appearance. It's a while off yet.
I imagine the combat will improve. Sure you could shoot the guy you lifted, but why not lift one guy and swing him at the others? Why not hold him up and shoot the stronger guy that he was getting in the way of? etc etc
There's a lot of neat things that could be done and those are just simple ones off the top of my head. I imagine it will get better.

I could be wrong, it might be an unbelievable game on release day, I hope it is but at the moment it doesn't look like the type of game I would enjoy.

I really don't like the look of the guy. He looks kind of lame. I especially don't like the grapple arm. It doesn't look attractive. With that big grapple arm, how in the world can this guy move around so much without the "arm" wearing him down?

Because, you know, this game is obviously meant to be realistic.
