We try not to highlight eBay auctions unless they're absolutely ridiculous, and this one takes the (lying) cake. That broken potato chip is being auctioned off as Pac Man, and of course someone has placed a bid for it to the tune of $100. Are the winning bidder and auction holder co-conspirators? Don't you see? That wasn't cut or modified in any way! It is an unblemished chip in the image of Pacman! I'm definitely placing a bid. It might seem silly now, but it'll be worth thousands in a few years!

Seriously who would pay thousands for that? In a few years it won’t look like Pac-man also that if the package is not deliver with extreme carefulness the poor sucka that buys it is going to receive crumbles.

Yeah, in a few years that won't look like pacman. Simply because in a few years, pacman will be redone next-gen (xbox720 style) to look like Commander Shepard with a large muscular torso and some insane vacuum gun (ala Luigi's Mansion) to chase the ghosts with. Duh!

That’s cool but what I meant is that in a few years unless is conserved in a bacteria-free storage unit it will be food for bacteria and other organisms not to mention fungus could grow on it.

Actually you can see Elvis AND Jesus if you flip the chip but the original owner didn't put that in the description because its auction would be lost in a sea of random stuff with the exact same image.

I once thought about selling an unmarked 'mystery' can of soda on eBay once. I'm sure some fool out there would pitch some money for me to send him a can of diet pepsi or something just for the 'what could it be?' factor.

eBay scams are almost too easy. Someone should start getting more creative with them.
