We need GoldenEye, along with the rumored XBLA version of Quake 3. If they could get those out, they would have 2 killer arcade titles on their hands.

Fight the good fight my men, alone we are nothing but together we are unstoppable! Our numbers far outweigh their stupidity, and all you have to do is show them how angry you are at their stupidity and greed!

They want our money, but won't give us a good reason to hand it over! Show them this this is one of the best!

Email those morons and show them who's in charge. We're the ones paying for their lunch, for their car, for their house, for everything! Their success is Dependant on our wants and demands! SHOW THEM!

Show them, and be strong! United, we are untouchable!

I only played a few minutes of the game in MP, but I would be interested in picking it up. But I would only do so if it was rebuilt to work on the 360 with improved graphics and controls, because I have tried to play a few N64 games since my 360 and I just can't handle them after being used to the 360.

Also I was going to get Durandal, but it made me feel really sick, so if they remake goldeneye, make sure it doesn't do that.

No for the old John Handcock.

Why don't microsoft and nintendo and rare agree to have this game on XBLA and on Virtual Console at the same time? then they dont have to worry about whos getting what money. They would just make their own money.....

Is there anyone here who wouldn't pay more than the XBLA going rate for Goldeneye?

Why can't MS just give Nintendo what they want and add a couple bucks to the price of the game? I've got to imagine that even if Goldeneye went for $5 more than the most expensive XBLA game it would still be the best selling XBLA game they've ever had.

It's not often that I say this, but give Nintendo what they want and make us pay for it!

Even if MS dont make a small profit or breaks even its still a win for them.... Thats one of the best games of all time and to have that be on XBLA is a huge plus... Bite the bullet and release Goldeneye

Who's to say Nintendo's being the poor sport on this one? It could have been
MS: Hey, can we put goldeneye on XBLA?
N: Sure, if we can put it on VC
MS: F U....more monies for us
N: Then no....you can't put it on XBLA

The best way this could work out is they put it out on both (considering I have the Wii but do not yet have a 360 due to lack of monies)

hahahaha...guessing there was a but more to it than that, funny though :)

Besides, it was probably more like...

Nin: We get 60% of the profits
Mic: No we get 60% of the profits
Nin: nooooo we get 60% of the profits
Mic: Noooooo we get 60% of the profits
Nin: Noooo wiiiiii get 60% of the profits
Mic: aha, I see what you did there...funny...but we still get 60%

something along those lines :)

How? It ended up with Capcom releasing an official statement and addressing the fans. It got NOTICED. That's the idea of a petition, it's the best we can do.

Signed, I'd happily pay whatever they charge.

I'd also love to see Duke Nukem 3D, as well as Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project... I would happily give them my money for those two.

Seriously, this is the very first FPS I ever played, and that was when I was 11 years old back in 1998, I remember it quit clearly.

I was watching my friends Hockey Game and after the game we whent down to walmart where he got an N64 and Goldeneye.

I never knew that day would effect my life to this day, because Goldeneye got me into FPS shooters.

Without it I wouldn't have played Perfect dark, without it, i would never have Played Duke Nukem 3D and Doom, and without it, I would not have played Halo!

I want to see this game and Perfect dark go to the XBLA, those firends I were talking about back 10 years ago, well, we all own Xbox 360's and we play Halo 3 regularly, and we wanna see Goldeneye and Perfect dark on the XBLA.

Bah,

I can't play most of my downloaded XBLA titles since I've had my RRoD box replaced because of the overly restrictive DRM. I'm not buying anything until the establish an effective means of transferring licenses to new consoles. In the mean-time, I'll just bust out my old-school 360 and play Goldeneye if I get the hankerin'.

What needs to happen is MS needs to make a deal with Nintendo letting Rare make it for the Wii downloadable as well then The big N most likley wouldn't have any troubles with this. Problem solved.

Please Nintendo... give these fanboys something to play.

Halo 3 has already bored them enough to ask for a 97' game.

They're pleading with their lives.
