Wow, I haven't purchased the game yet, but I really enjoyed the demo(but then I like random dungeon crawls...). Yeah, it is cookie cutter third person dungeon crawl, but not every game has to be the best OMG game ever. And if you are into the Diabloesque dungeon crawler, this game is for you.
I am really have a lot of problems with metacritic type scoring now days, because, at least from the demo, this game is a lot better than a bunch of wii games that scored in the mid 70's for example. And it certainly does not have the outright technical problems of games that received similar scores.
But yeah, I wouldn't say this game is must have... more of a hold over until an Oblivion killer comes out.
