I mean their Wiicast is better than most of the shit on G4, and that's 24 minutes of content. A full-length show + every week. Other broadcasts of that quality across many topics, and you got a channel

121 stars with both characters four days after release, hells yeah.

But no, really, I would not be able to go against anybody amazing in a videogame, mainly because I'm just not a competitive gamer. I play games to enjoy, not to be the best.

And I can only do about half the songs on Expert in Guitar Hero anyways. So yeah, I wouldn't last long in a real tournament.

Funny, I just saw that on TV a day or two ago.

Thing is, this show really isn't a competition broadcasted on TV, it's actually seems more like just two dudes playing through games and giving their impressions on it. Most of the time the guys have either never played the game or played it much so that it is interesting to see their genuine reactions to games in which they haven't played much, plus the social aspect of playing a game (because they talk smack to each other and stuff), which is a good way to approach a video review I think.

But yeah, I saw them play Pro Evolution Soccer 2007/2008 and Call of Duty 4... the guy on the left had already beaten Call of Duty 4 but the guy on the right never played it... the guy on the right was freaking having a BLAST! I don't blame him.

Good find.

I don't think this could match the intensity of the StarCraft matches, though. :P

Pretty cool. At least someone agrees with me about G4. I used to like them. Now I just watch for E3 and anything else like that.

i saw a lot of wii boxing on tv the last time i was in japan.

some sort of game show where the teams had to fight each other. about 6 matches with manic non-gamers... pretty boring.

I wish I could up vote articles. This one deserves it for calling G4 an 'insipid mess'.

Then theres the Koreans and Starcraft.

Its practically their national sport.

The top players are some of the most popular celebrities in the country.

There is matches every single night, and all the news stations run the scores, like the US does with football, baseball, etc.
