Disapprove. A mullet should be shaggy and unkempt, not well groomed. No party in the back of that neat 'do.

There is never a time to disapprove of a mullet. However, that being said, skullets are indeed frowned upon.

Interesting note is that Firefox's spellcheck does not flag mullet as a problematic word. I find that funny as hell.
