If you purchase the PC version there is a "complimentary Profanity Pack," which takes us back to that age-old question: Motion controls or profanity? Hmmm, tough choice. We're looking forward to getting some hands-on time with the PC version of World of Goo next month at GDC.
Update: Quotes from developer Ron Carmel after the break.
[Via Wii Fanboy]
Regarding Wii development: "The Wii version is coming along really nicely. We actually played the game on Wii for the first time a couple of weeks ago and thanks to our genius friend Allan Blombquist, who is doing the Wii port, the game now runs at a super-smooth 60 frames per second on Wii and it actually plays really nicely with a Wiimote."
Regarding a Wii profanity pack: "We'd love to do a profanity pack for Wii, but it might be a challenge to get that approved by Nintendo. We have other voice-over ideas for Wii that might be funny, but there's also the technical challenge of doing an add-on pack on Wii. If WiiWare will support something like that, it'd be perfect."

I wish more devs capitalized on how the Wii pointer can substitute a mouse.
Now let's see some awesome RTS games on Wii!

Developers need to start using more the pointer feature... its great for RTS, strategy RPG's, FPS and every type game that use the mouse as the primary input.
Let's hope it really shines in the polishing. It's good to have a breath of fresh air

Wow. I might actually want to play a Wii game. Good work securing this, Nintendo. I like my gaming on consoles instead of PCs, but I also like my in-game profanity. Make it happen and you probably have another sale on your hands.

But of course WiiWare can support this sort of thing, i don't know much about their SDK's, or if devs have that sort of access, but I know VC games have been updated in the past (mostly patches, though, like the one to slow down the framerate of StarFox 64 so that it was synched with the audio again)

You can only buy it in packs of 1000, anyway :( I was pretty upset about this when I wanted a 1200 point title.
