Yeah, dude, me too. I'm going on to week five and everytime I check UPS for it, it just says "Billing Information Received". So where are our free games? I thought "the Rock Band team is committed to providing a world-class customer experience"? And I mean, anything over three weeks is an "an unacceptably long delay", right?

I never even got a damn e-mail about this. I filled out the form for my instrument on December 21st and my box was listed as "billing info received" UPS. After several confusing responses from them, I finally received my box on January 5th.
It'd been nothing but disappointments and apparently I'm not even eligible for the game? Sigh.

I also waited a month and never got anything about a free game. Not only that, but my replacement guitar was broken as well. I didn't get a working guitar until 6 weeks after the game came out.

kudos to EA
and a legitimately good, and not 2+ year old game, at that, too!
i am very impressed with how they have handled the defective hardware. msoft could learn a thing or two. would i, along with scores of others, mind a $3-400 hold on a credit card, to get a system within days versus a few weeks? not at all..

@2
I'm thinking the same thing. I shipped my guitar out over 3 weeks ago. It's driving my insane, and EA's Support is all automated so you can't get a real answer.

Yeah, I just recently contacted EA and they claimed that the process is still going through. Such a tedious process this has all been.
Has anyone else had troubles with Guitars breaking again after being replaced? I'm hoping this doesn't happen after all this is over.

I think the free games were for people that reported the problems before December, closer to the time of the game’s launch. I got my copy of ‘Skate’ yesterday. I was surprised at how EA offered a good selection of new, quality games to pick from. And, I didn’t wait that long for a replacement (3 weeks). Overall, I have been very pleased with how the whole situation was handled. Maybe MS and 2K could learn a thing or two about making the customer happy when things go wrong (Undertow & Big Daddy replacements).

I just got it confirmed, the free games were for people that had to wait for a “second batch” of controllers to be made from the manufacturer. Anything coming in past the first of December didn’t have a wait for the replacement orders to be filled. Only people that had to deal with that holdup are receiving free games.
