Maybe if more publishers actually took advantage of this great way to get people playing demos, this wouldn't be such a big deal (is it a big deal?).

With the DS's massive install base, you KNOW the majority of DS owners probably do not even have any idea that downloading demos is even possible, let alone where to do it and why/how. Publishers should be partnering up with Toys R Us, Target, Gamestop, etc. to mention available demo downloads in TV spots and news ads. Then it would still get bodies into the door of the stores, but people would get the hang of how to get demos, and use download stations in general.

Its free!

It could turn out to be a decent game.

Its free!

Its a pity they aren't offering this elsewhere ie the UK, or for download to the Wii (to put onto DS) via the internet. It could attract a bigger user base that way.

I care about this game, it looks fun.

Of course I did enjoy Pikmin, and we won't be getting that on the DS anytime soon. So this will have to do.
