I never owned an Xbox one, and never played through the first Fable, but I need to.

I was told the PC version was infinitely better, and had way more content. Maybe I'll try to track that version down instead of getting it through Xbox Originals.

Fable is certainly worth a play through, if you have a choice, play through Fable:The Lost Chapters.

I believe that xbox version has everything the PC version did.

Anyways, I do a Fable play through at least twice a year on my 360...can't wait for Fable 2.

I have both versions, but I can't say that I've ever seen any extras on the PC. I mustn't be looking in the right place. :s

Yeah, your looking in the wrong place. The PC version extends the campaign past the Jack of Blades battle where you get the sword, it adds at least 3 hours.

I don't think you know what is or isn't a hit with the ladies, Dustin.

I wouldn't be surprised the PC version actually ran better given hardware improvements... which could potentially be a big difference. The game was kind of iffy in terms of framerate fluidity.

I sure hope they give you more then 5 things to kill....I thought the first one failed in many ways and I will be waiting for reviews before I even think about picking it up.

When it came to PC it was the Lost Chapters edition, which also became available on the xbox - i've seen it in morrisons. You can pick it up 2nd hand dirst cheap, avoid the original if you can get lost chapters.

I dont care about quibbles. I am not a pro, I play games for fun and Fable on the PC(never owned a Xbox) was one of the most fun games i have played esp when I got the huge ass sword and beat those thugs with one swipe. Aahh good times!!
One button combat is gonna be fun. I also heard that your dog gets nasty looking or cute depending on your own orientation. Cant wait for my dog!!

Have you had any hardware issues with your Xbox 360 console? Has your dealings with Xbox customer support been anything but great? Have you had your 360 scratch a disc? Has your 360 stopped reading discs?

Contact Bill Gates at:
billg@microsoft.com

(no kidding) that is Bill's personal email address. Tell him about any 360 related issues you may have had (or are facing). Tell him about Xbox customer support.

@10: I grant you a cookie. Awesome reference.

I can't wait to start wailing on these little guys. I wonder if I can train my dog to sail through the air and rip out their larynx in one smooth motion? I'd pay extra for that.

Fable 2 and Mass Effect are the reasons I bought a 360.
