I love all the scenes related to the '84 Sheepdog in Dumb & Dumber. The title credits with Jeff Daniels driving around town to some hilarious reggae music has always stuck in my mind.

Best car scene ever was from a recent movie, several cars and trucks roll into an alley, and after a few seconds of clanking and whirring, "I am Optimus Prime."

Gonna date myself here, but the origional Highlander movie where the Kurgen has kidnapped Mccleod's girlfriend and is driving like a maniac around the city with no fear. Since he knows he cannot die in a car accident he doesn't care about safety so for its time, made it seem cool.

Definately would have to be the scene at the end of Better off dead where John Cusack and that french girl are sitting on top of his camero in the middle of Dodgers stadium. He's playing saxophone and the newspaper boy is riding up to beat him to death...it's great. That or anything involving the batmobile.
