Look on the bright side. Now you can just go out and buy either of these games for less than the price of an Xbox original download, and get the disc, manual, and case, and not contribute to this stupid service.

Right, because Gamestop's used game policies are far less stupid.

...and not risk having no access to your content unless signed into live should something happen to your Xbox, or if you wanted to play it on a different Xbox, or if you wanted to play it on your original Xbox, or if you wanted to loan it to a friend, or if you wanted it's spine to be sitting with the rest of your collection, or if you didn't want to take up precious GB of your hard drive space, or if you didn't want various bugs that appear in the downloadable version (*might also be available on disk?)...

@ Tuna

You know there are other shops besides Gamestop. There's always Ebay and if you're from UK, CeX sells Conker and Jade for £8 and £3 respectively.

I can't figure out why there should be any delay at all. Any Xbox original game that is compatible with the 360 should be able to be converted to a download in a matter of hours or days. This should not be a difficult software problem.

Then again, I can't figure out why it takes 30 seconds for my 360 to display the mere titles of the games I've downloaded...
