Want to see what all the fuss is about? We've got five copies of Capcom's recently released satanic tear-jerker Devil May Cry 4, and we'd like nothing more than to offer them to you, dear readers.

To enter this giveaway, leave a comment on this post letting us know which console release you want AND explain why Dante, Nero, and Virgil all look identical.
You must be a US resident, 18 years or older. (Which isn't very rock 'n roll, we know ...)

The Xbox 360 version would be just dandy... I believe you are looking for the term deoxyribonucleic acid. This is why the characters look the same, because of the basic building blocks of life. I learned about this from Jurassic Park. *adjusts pocket protector*

Because vergil is Dantes Twin brother and they all worship SParda,and are part of the order of the sword which all members have a similar appearence

They look alike because Dante and Virgil are twins, but when Virgil exploded as Nelo Angelo in DMC, his spirit came back to life many years later as Nero.

Because Virgil And Dante are twin brothers. Nero has Virgil's devil hand + Virgils sword, hes kinda like an incarnation of dante's twin brother except not evil and younger.
besides they all look like albinos, so their solves the similar white hair. lol.

Well lets see.....Seems to me they all hair the same hair, pretty much the same fighting style, and i do believe they all have some sort of out of this world super powers(which are frickin' sweet)...or the creators of this game could just be messing with us hahaha...oh by the way PS3

360. they ALL look alike. the only way to tell you have a different character is by what each one of the m can do in the game when you play.

Dante, Nero, and Virgil all look alike because of one factor: Sparta.

Dante and Virgil are the twin sons of Sparta, and seemingly identical besides their sides of good and evil.

Nero is part of the "Order of the Sword," which is a group of warriors that worship Sparta.

they all look the same because they all do the same job of killing demons, and maybe because they are all half demon half human. That and because if Dante looks cool they have to make the rest of the characters look cool so just make them all look like Dante.

360 Please, they are identical because they were created by God himself but once all three were on earth they were given to the main forces one to Karmic people which control earths balance one to the Angels and one to the Demons from then on they shall be raised by them so god could learn which one will dominate and which force is stronger. Dante Rules!!!

Obviously Dante is so popular that Nero was jealous and went out and got plastic surgery from Virgil, who seeing this as a fast approaching trend, (and always keeping up with the latest fashions) decided to get the go for the look himself! ;) 360 ftw

The reason Dante, Vergil and Nero look alike is because they are all descendants of Sparda. While it is known that Dante and Vergil are sons of Sparda, Nero's relation to Sparda is never given.

Because all three were named after iconic figures from ancient rome : Dante(Dante Agligheri), Nero(Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus), and Virgil (Publius Vergilius Maro). 360 please!

Well, one time long ago, Dante and Virgil lived in a magical garden. They lived in happiness until one day, Virgil decided to try and give Dante a magical apple from one of the trees. "Hang on a second," Dante said. "What's this magical apple do?" "It makes you beautiful!" replied Virgil, knowing darn well that the fruit actually turned the eater into the person who originally gave it to them. So, when Dante took a bite out of it with his large, luscious teeth, he transformed into Virgil!

"Wait a darn tootin' minute..." Dante said. "You tricked me!" "Lol." stated Virgil. Angered by his words, Dante became enraged with a burning passion like 1000 Egyptian gypsies set on fire by a murderous ruler. "I simply want to know what it'd be like to have a clone of myself... Two amazingly beautiful people in one world is just magnificent!" exclaimed the prissy Virgil. Dante stared at the ground for a second, then cut Virgil in half.

"Holy ****, wtf?!" Virgil exclaimed, sliding neatly into two. "Now there's only one beautiful person in this world..." But, little did Dante know that, due to nuclear radiation gained from the horrific Chernobyl incident, Virgil could regenerate himself! Both his halves formed into two wholes, and thus, Nero was born.

The trio stared at each other for a second before bursting into tears. Now there were three beautiful people in the world, and only two Corvettes to drive around in! Dante let tears run down one side of his face as he brushed his white hair over the other side. Nero took his devilishly mutated arm and scratched his wrists with the razor sharp tip. Virgil sat down and ate Stay-Puft Marshmallows while debating how the three would drive only two Corvettes, especially with rising gas prices!

Oh, and Xbox 360.
