Q-Games reveals 'PixelJunk Eden,' hints at future titles
Eden started development in June 2007, and Cuthbert told us that he expects it to arrive on PSN sometime "before Summer." Also mentioned but never elaborated on was PixelJunk Dungeons, the fourth title in the series which Cuthbert assured us would, in fact, feature dungeons of some kind. Finally, the presentation revealed that Q-Games would eventually focus its efforts on 3D gaming in a second series of PixelJunk. We'll bring you a full report on the PixelJunk postmortem (and forthcoming games) soon.

Ummmm.. Isn't that just a stylish version of Wik from the XBLA?

Give or take, pretty much.

hmmm. well it certainly looks interesting, dont know if it looks fun or not though. eh, i would give it a shot if it was like $4.99 or less though. who knows, it could be very addictive.

I love pixeljunks games, their racing game was okay...but Monsters was amazing and gave me a shit ton of play time. I am always looking forward to their odd art style and crisp graphics.

This looks killer. Count me in, hopefully it'll come out just about the time of the next PS3 price cut and I have. a PS3

Sorry....anyone have the feeling that they are saying "LET'S CHARGE 8$ for the equivalent of a Web Based FLASH GAME"......If they charged 3-4$ I'd be more willing......but at their current prices.....I can live without...
RACERS was horrid. MONSTERS while better....still a been there done that PC Tower game.
Better games to waste your money on ....like WIPEOUT PULSE.

Is it just me, or is anyone else being completely pulled in by the art style? Even if this has been done before... and yes, could probably easily be done in a flash game from the web browser... There's just something about playing a game this crisp, simple, and beautiful on a big ol' HDTV in your living room.
Also, this is the sort of game that I'm actually able to get my non-gamer friends playing. Something that's not intimidating in its visuals, and looks easy-to-learn but hard-to-master.
Pixel-Junk monsters is the same way... most people have played DTD, so I tell them it's just that game, with better graphics and a cute little main character, and they're hooked.

well theres a difference between sitting on ur office chair with a 15"-20" screen playing flash games than a leather sofa with a 30-50" screen playing an artistic hynotizing game.

That little flake totally reminds me of the Who-ville in Dr Seusses "Horton Hears a Who."
Anyone else remember that?

I emailed Dylan Cuthbert about PJM and he said there is a PJM 2 in the works, also! PS3 Fanboy how do I submit the email to you? I'm sure there are PJM-heads out there that would like to hear about this...

Yes! Please! Do want!

something tells me the joystiq reader reaction would be by FAR different if this was coming to the Virtual Console, or even XBLA...
