I prefer not to buy anything without a demo (especially when I can't actually get a refund on crappy product), so I'm glad I can give this one a shot now. Hope its as fun as everyone claimed!

Yes, I've been wanting to play this, but I wasn't going to pay for it until I could demo it.

This is good news.

And the game was very fun. I may actually buy it (I normally don't buy download-only games).

Doesn't matter that the game's demo came out 28 days after the game itself. Anyone who bought PixelJunk Monsters most likely didn't have any regrets.

You know what Sony? go suck a fat fucking cock. I've had enough of this US only bullshit Why can't I download the GoW:CoO demo? Because I'm in Australia.

I even tried to make a US account but when I got to address it kept saying it was wrong, so I assume its doing some proxy shit on me to see where I am.

And one more thing Sony, your store fucking sucks.

Are you actually using a legit US address? I'm in the US and I have PSN accounts for the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan. I've had any issues with them. I just used the addresses of hotels in big cites in those areas.

I sympathize with you, Laggy. Microsoft royally screws Canadians Xbox owners on downloadable tv shows and movies. The U.S. criticizes Canada for the amount of piracy and modding, while the real reason we resort to so much piracy and modding is because it's the only way to get a lot of content!

Thats strange laggy, i have like, 4 different countries accounts (and all the addresses i just put in BS)

I got america, Japan, UK, and Hong Kong.

Shouldnt be too hard to get an address just google a business or something.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure of the US address format so I just used Google corporate offices'. Good ol' Google.

Where the hell are the PS1 games for the US store. Japan and Hong Kong have all the good PS1 games. (I'd rather not import.)

Yeah, the service is useless if you are just waiting for a particular favorite game to be released for download. I'm glad that I've kept and re-purchased all my favorite PS1 game discs.

I just dont get this demo strategy. I understand that Sony doesnt force people to make demos of games like MS, but developers should do it anyways, preferably BEFORE the game is out!!!

I bet it helps much more than it hurts. and how hard would it really be to isolate a level or a portion of a level to send out as a demo??

I hate to say it, but the strategy is better for the company to release the full game, THEN the demo. more people (hardcore plus some fence-sitters) will be apt to buy the full game, and the people that are willing to wait for reviews/demos just wait a few more weeks to try out something they were on the fence about anyways....
