I think developers would hide the fact that a player owns it. I mean, if me and friends were doing a 8vs8 game on halo 3 and one person had the vest. It is no longer 8vs8, it is now 15vs1 OFFICIALLY. Or have it like a punishment for whoever does the worst on a team.

it is...i used this thing at E for All last year...its so gay..its stupid and idk why they would even waste there time in that booth...oh and that game was so boring lol it was like a kid trying to make quake in his backyard..OUTSIDE!!!
