Did they ever send out that patch that fixed the frame rate issues? I've played the game before and I think that was really the main thing stopping me from enjoying it.

The gameplay in the game is hardly that horrible. It needed to be tweaked a bit and certainly it wasn't up there with Oblivion, but a lot of the PC reviews of the game were fairly positive... which was the release without major graphics issues.

So I'm not sure what to say. Make snarky comments about games you've never played all you want lol.

I have played this game. Albeit for a short amount of time, I gave it a whirl. Absolutely atrocious frame rate and lag issues.

Afterwards I wanted to shave my balls with an electrified butcher knife, just to garner a little excitement.

Yes they patched it, but i'm not sure if they actually fixed the framerate. I sold my copy before the patch came....as probably did most people.

I wish I was excited. Yes, they did release that patch. No, it didn't fix the hellish lag or even the mystery cave that kills you upon entering making it impossible to achieve a perfect 1000GS.

I love this game as much as I can in it's current state. But adding multiplayer content to a game that is impossible to play over Live? WTF??

The patch (sorry, "title update") list for this game was unintentionally hilarious. My favorites:

* Walking under water and not dying has been fixed
* Inaccessible Cave north of Ashos has been fixed
* "BACK – Show Instruction" text disappears

it must be the "cool thing" to hate on this game. Its really not THAT bad. The framerate thing comes and goes, and there is really a lot of content to play if you ignore the main quest for a while.

Disclaimer: I only payed $10 for this game, and apparently played it "post-patch."

I saw the "post-patch" version as well.

It seemed like any time the main character cast magic or spells ... or when a large enemy comes on screen ... or when you enter the caves ... or when you start the game ... the frame rate takes a giant drop kick to the nuts.

Seriously, it was unplayable in a few parts that I saw, I wouldn't even spend $10 on this garbage.

Really? Thats interesting. The only time it ever dropped for me was when it started raining or when there was a lot of fog on the ground. Even then, it wasn't that bad, and regained stability before the said weather effects disappeared.

I definitely wouldn't spend more than, say, $20 on it, but with the amount of hours I got to spend with it definitely made it worth the $10.

My only question would be, why play a completely mediocre (at best) game when you could be playing Oblivion?

IMO i didn't like oblivion too much to begin with so why would I play a knock off.. when they can come up with a multiplayer RPG (doesn't even have to be Massively just like D&D 3-6 party members) then count me interested.. Oblivion would have been so much better if it had Co-Op play.. it is atrociously boring otherwise.

This game is retarded. Everything in this game sucked ass. The acting, "Aye, do you fathum I go?", Aye, you should!", "Aye, then I shal leave"

That crap was through out the entire game. I hated hearing my stupid characters mono toned voice and seeing his sad mentally challenged face through out this entire game.

I couldn't navigate....

Here's what I liked about this game, that list would be shorter;

I liked the fact I can play with someone, everything else, even the stupid title name I hated.

I have to say that I wasn`t overly positive when I first started this game on the pc(with only the first patch I believe), but after spending around 7 hours it became quite enjoyable(and I`m not saying this because it`s been made by guys from the same country as I am ;p), especially because of the "combining same equipment" element. And considering my 360 doesn`t have too much games I can feed it, playing the demo(although there are a few of framerate issues, and the main character really looks like he has some eye control issues : ^_
