"Though, we are sort of saddened by the fact that our local Target is sold out of the pre-paid GoldenEye 007 XBLA cards. Maybe they'll be in stock next week."
Is this joke? I thought it was cancelled or proven to be a lie...

So, are there any 360 controllers with a d-pad good enough for fighting games? I'd be interested in picking up MK3 but there's no way I'm playing it with that shitty d-pad on the 360 controller.

I was alll excited becuase when I first read this deal on cheapassgamer.com I thought it was 2 1600 MS points for 9.99$ (yeah, I know that would have be too good to be true). Then I found these cards, and was sort of exctied at the thought of getting something like Pac Man Championship edition and another good game, but all they had were Mortal Kombat III, Worms, and Texas Hold (all good games I'm sure, but nothing I'm interested in).

I hear they're going to give out codes for a free download of GoldenEye 007 with every pre-order of Duke Nukem Forever. Hope springs eternal!

Pick 2 of 3 available crappy XBLA games for 10 bucks! Woo!
If they actually had cards for *all* the 10 dollar XBLA games, I'd be all over this like white on rice, but if it's just those 3 or 4? Pass.
