Lego Batman lets you play as villians

As cool as Batman is, everyone knows it's his rogue's gallery that really sets him apart. Even the bad ones (we're looking at you Calendar Man) trump most of Superman's enemies (and don't even get us started on the Flash's). Given that irrefutable fact, imagine our joy when we read that Lego Batman will allow you to play as members of that pantheon of villains.

This piece from MTV Multiplayer also delivers another exciting secret about the game: The presence of Danny Elfman's Batman score. The article says that the arrangement isn't finalized, but we think we speak for everyone when we say, "Yes, please."

Your loss. The LEGO _______ franchise was pretty awesome with Star Wars, and I bet it will be with both Indiana Jones and Batman.

Ignore most of the horrors under Didio's regime people, Flash's rogues are some of the best around.

Awesome. Villains are almost always more interesting the then heroes. Specially when those villains include Joker and Catwoman.

come on~! the flash had a great rogues gallery. gorilla grodd?! a super-intelligent ape with aspirations. captain boomarang? stuff always went back to him! captian cold. the mirror master (easy way to keep him out of your vault - coat everything with matte black). the top? abra kadabra? the trickster (ok, kind of a poor man's joker. and captain cold wasn't nearly as mellowdramatic as mr freeze, but...) The fiddler! he fiddles!
