This was an awesome game, I'd download it in a heartbeat.
But, I would hope for the Genesis version, the sound is a lot better.

Wow....this game gives me flashbacks, literally. I think I first played it on Sega Channel and had to get it. SUCH a good game.

Yeah, all I had was a SNES growing up, so no chance to try the Sega version yet. I will see about doing so though!

And it's good to know that I'm not the only person who thinks this is an amazing game.

Flashback is definitely one of the best games of all time. It was so indepth and it took me about a year to finish when I was a kid. Excellent!

To this day I wonder if that is a man or a woman on the cover? I am leaning towards a woman.

This game always reminds me of Out of this World, which is another game I'd really like to see on VC

Never played this on Genesis. Now I must. Games with controls like it I wouldnt mind seeing- Lester the Unlikely (not sure why I like that game, I just do) and Blackthorne.

Flashback did have a great story, and it blew my mind as well

I can tell you guys really like this game, but that was a poor choice of video to get me(someone who has never played the game) to want to play it. That was very long, drawn out and boring! Have fun!

Also nominated for this slot: "Blackthorne" by Blizzard on the SNES. More action-y than OoTW/Flashback, but pretty good nonetheless.

yeah this game really reminds me of Abe's Odyssey, I never really had a big problem with dying in that game, I just got frustrated when those blind slaves walked right into the meat shredders and junk, THAT got annoying, ahh, I remember spending all afternoon playing that game on my dads brand new Dell Windows ME...Times have changed.

Yes, Blackthorne was awesome. I'd love to play that on the VC.

Yes it was out for the Sega CD, with PreRendered cutscenes that put the other versions to shame.

It's like a flash back to the future. (I never played the game and just felt like typing puns)
