New games this week: Super Smash Bros. Brawl edition

What, are you surprised? The featured game this week is none other than Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We'd almost like to give it to George of the Jungle for going toe-to-toe on the Wii with Smash. Keep on chasing that rainbow, George.

This game is awesome.

Anyway, Condemned and Brawl are both on my list, but I don't think I will be grabbing them right away.

Condemned 2 is my game of the week. Couldn't care less about Brawl. Didn't like SSB all that much, other than as an occasional party game. And Rock Band is the only party game I need, so it's not even worth it for me to buy it just for that.

Melee 1.1, Brawl is not. It rocks.

SSE mode is fun as well.

And long. I'm 4 and a half hours in, and only 40% though it.

I've got just over 8 doing co op with my gal and we are at 79%.... Got a lot of characters unlocked...

This game is highly addictive

AMazing game... I played this game yesterday all day long. It's a very complete game... it will take months to unlock everything.

but theres a guide on how to unlock all the characters and levels in like 2 hours :D

the characters are too easy to unlock though >.< also my game is messed up and wont let me unlock toon link or jigglypuff D:

oh well i havent played it that much, hopefully i can today :)

I mean, trophies, stickers, CD's... finishing all the events... etc.

the only thing I find gay, but a feature I will never use, is the tiny trials of the old games. I have all those games so I would not play them much but why would you put a 40 second trial of Ice Climber?

This week is Gamer Christmas. Brawl, House of the Dead, Wild ARMs XF, and FF Ring of Fates. It's like the industry is saying to me, "John, we're sorry you had to sit through months where the only games anybody cared about were CoD4 and Halo 3. Here, let us make it up to you by blowing your brain open with pure liquid awesome on a disc, and if that's not enough, here's three MORE."

I hope Wild ARMx XF is decent. It's my favorite series, but I don't like the way the series has turned since WA4. As much as I want XF, I won't buy a PSP for it.
