Unless I'm mistaken, the EA logo in the lower-right corner of the box outshines Steven Spielburg's name. It's one of the four things that immediately catch the eyes.
The other 3 eye catchers are the Wii logo, ESRB rating, and the game's title itself.

And yet most game designers can't get their name on the box of their games. I guess you have to be a movie director to be worthy of having your name on a game's box.

Damn right. A movie director - different industry, gets more exposure than a game designer. Such a shame, such a shame.

At least video games don't have those goofy credits with the ultra thin font that writes out the bible and a half within a 500x200 px space.

Ha ha ha, that reminds me of all the Steven Spielberg cartoons in the 90s. Steven Spielberg Presents Tiny Toon Adventures, Steven Spielberg Presents Freakazoid!, Steven Spielberg Presents Animaniacs...

What is up with EA replacing words with "cks" at the end with an "x"?

EA Trax?
Boom Blox?

Do their product managers text message their ideas to one another?

When I first heard this was the game Spielberg is doing for Wii I thought EA really just brought him in for his name, so they can plaster it all over the box. Maybe even make it a text-only cover and his name written with tiny boom blox or something. Seems I was mistaken, as his name is written rather tiny for being such a big one.

Apart from that I think the cover art is rather badass, considering it's about animal-styled blocks.

So the only thing left now is finding out if all those previews were true and it's not going to be a quick boring cash-in game.

I hope Spielberg makes his own company after He finishes his three game deal He has with EA. I really like Spielberg making games but I hate EA so I hope in the future He will make more games after He is done.

Your Wii has been collecting dust lately? Seriously? If Brawl isn't going to make you happy, just get rid of the thing. It's never going to make you happy. (Unless you're keeping it just to say it's collecting dust).

Then sell the fucking thing. Their are plenty of people who will pay full price for it, plus we won't have to hear you whine about it.

I wonder if the guys that made Toblo (http://toblo.csnation.net/) are part of this. Looks to be exactly the same game, only refined and given some textures and new characters.
