In other Capcom and SF related news, via IGN
Two Capcom titles have been granted special permission to ignore Microsoft's restrictions.
Both Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and Bionic Commando Rearmed will exceed 150MB. Capcom said that Rearmed holds far too much content to fit the current limits. To meet standards, Rearmed would need to shed some of the bonus material that would still appear on the PlayStation Network and PC versions. According to Capcom, SFII could not run in 1080p if not for Microsoft loosening the file size cap.

Actually I like it but I think they are copying VF5 on this but thinking about it every fighting game out there now has at least one Lucha Libre fighter.

I was about to say the same thing.
It's even weirder though, from the way they're spread, for his index finger and pinky to still be at the same level, it would have to mean those two fingers are actually longer than the rest. Freaky. D:
I was going to say it might be foreshortening from the middle two fingers if he hold them in a sorta halfway throwing up the horns fashion, but the other hand looks sorta oddly drawn too, so I'm not sure.

All the new characters don't do ANYTHING for me. They feel like nobodies similar to the SF3 cast. I wonder why I took to most of the characters before SF3 though...

Nostalgia? Also, I agree with you. SF3 for the most part had great, imaginative characters. These just purely seem attempts to fit into the whole "SF2 in 3D!!!" thing, somehow.

People complained about the characters in SFIII, but honestly at least they TRIED that time.

Having trouble naming your masked Lucha Libre wrestler? Don't wanna go looking for a Spanish dictionary? Suffer no more! With my patented "El" system, you can make any random word into an awesome and totally believable wrestler name*! Just add "El" to whatever comes out of a drug addicts mouth, and you got it. Watch!

Akward name quibbles aside, he looks like a good character. It reminds me of SF2's dynamic of putting different fighter archetypes from around the world in. Though, this probably quashes any hope of Mika being in, someone from Capcom already said console versions might have different characters from the series, specifically quoting Sakura and Ibuki.
