ESA Foundation offering $45K in game dev scholarships

The scholarship applies only to full-time undergraduate students during the 2008-09 school year, and is targeted toward women and minority students who intend on entering the games industry. News of this scholarship closely follows the announcement of the second year of Penny Arcade's own scholarship, which awards $10,000 to a single student each year. The deadline for the ESA scholarship is May 15. More details can be found here.

Yay, more positive discrimination that gives people jobs not because they are necessarily the best at what they do, but because they have the right skin colour or the right sex.
Positive discrimination is still discrimination and as such is wrong. It should be banned in ALL forms. The people who should be getting this money are the ones who excel at their chosen field and who NEED it the most, irrespective of skin colour or sex.
When the hell will society wake up to this?

I'm half yellow but am disgusted with Political Correctness which is all sorts of political incorrectness. And racism is hate based on race not white on black hate only.
