When someone replies to a comment I make, the e-mail link that would normally take me to the comment never works. Instead it just gives me a gimped version of the Joystiq page where the entire middle "bar" (with the post and the comments) is missing.

Not what you're looking for, but there doesn't seem to be a way to modify or delete our comments... hmm...

Email link doesn't work - takes me to a page where the comments and article are missing.

When I get an email saying someone has replied to my comment, the link NEVER works properly. A page opens up, but it's basically the joystiq template without any content. This is true for all the weblogs.inc sites I read. I'm using FF 2.0.0.12.
Also I think it's kind of odd that you can't reply to a reply. If someone replies to my post and I want to respond to them, not only do they have no idea unless they check back, but *I* get an email notifying me that *I've* replied to my comment. At the very least, I'm sure it'd be REALLY simple to make it so that an email notification isn't sent when the reply is coming from the same username that made the original comment.

I'd have to say no it doesn't work.
1. People use the reply button from the first person's post to add their response. But its not really a reply to the first person.. they are just too lazy or don't know that they need to goto the bottom of the page to use the form there. So most people have sub-posts to one person's main post without knowing it.
2. There's no way to edit your reply
3. There's no way to reply to a sub-post.. which probably isn't a big deal.. but the first two would be important

I never received my password for my comment. Please help by sending password.

You'll have received a confirmation email. In that confirmation email should be your password. Using that you can login your profile by clicking on your name on your comment. But I'm not sure I believe you since you don't have a default Mario icon.

More often than not, when I try to leave a comment, I enter my e-mail and password, write something, press the "Add your comments" button and then I just get back to the comments page *without* mine.

My only problem(and it's pretty vexing) is that I can't log on to my account thing here to change my avatar. I know that I put in the password correctly. I need this problem adressed.

I'm necroposting to complain (again) that the URL in "someone has replied" emails does not work at all. I get directed to a page that only contains the CMS layout, no content at all, let alone to the comment in question.

This is an experimental comment. It is not as much fun as I had hoped.
