The comcast map is similar to the Convention Center, and the gun is the TAR21, which doesn't help those of us who already have it :S

You can get the map Streets from RSV1 as well. All you have to do is create an account at RSV2's official website and then go to the main menu of the game, go to extras, and then log in with your account from there.

It would be great if the Comcast map was actually a map of their corporate HQ. Then they would be training countless thousands of younguns to stop any terrorist/hostage situations that might occur there, kinda like their own private counter-terror squad.

Not just one map, but two! For the second map though, you need an Ubi.com account. For it, all you have to do is:

1. Go to "Main Menu"
2. Select "Extras"
3. Select "Exclusive Content"
4. Create Account or Log in (your Ubi.com account)
5. Download Map: Streets
6. Select "Confirm Download"
7. Select "Continue" and game will restart

Interesting. I have yet to pick it up but plan to this next week.

Is it worth it to go to Best Buy for this "gun"? Or like Cal said.. can you just unlock it as you lvl up?

@Graeme Q

Try playing on a decent host before you start bitching

@Deck

The gun is the TAR21 and you unlock it at level 4 assault.

I'm supprised by all the bitching about lag and framerate drops. Haven't experienced any lag in any of the modes and only a slight drop in framerate in the co-op two minor times.

The same folk that force feed you the lies that Bioshock was a great innovating FPS to a point where they were truth in your mind must have done the same with these comments of lag and framerate drop or "broken" multiplayer.

I'm playing currently and there was some sharp ass lag going on. Other than that...it's badass.

Anticrawl.. why bash BioShock? I played it without ever hearing about how great it was supposed to be, and imo it was a kick-ass game; not one I'd play through continually, though. Either way, bashin BS had nothing to do with this topic, and neither did this. What the hell.

Amazing game, the collecting of specific points is really cool because it gives you feedback on how you play. Just playing normally I have amassed a huge amount of marksmanship points. Even using an MP9 which is a CQB short range low accuracy low penetration 9mm spray "n" pray weapon I been getting about 80% headshots and 50% Long Range Kills. And I love how the game recognizes a noscope shot with any sniper rifle as a CLOSE QUARTERS KILL . Where as my COOP buddy has amassed insane amounts of CQB points through blindfiring and shotgunning everything in sight.

We love this game because we are huge airsoft players. Strategies we develop playing RV2 and RV1 have allowed us to work stronger as a team in CQB real life. A while a go I showed my girlfriend the video of the Microsoft marking team playing with the nerf guns and shes like, why doesn't Microsoft have the guns you guys use? Lol, I told her because people would probably freak out to see guys dressed like mercenaries running around carrying M249s and MP5- PDW with full armor around the Microsoft Campus.

If you like playing military simulation paintball or airsoft you should definately check out this game and it may help you decide what type of airsoft replica would suit your style.

I think Ubisoft is distributing the maps that way so they can release the old maps on free without having to charge on marketplace...

Not really, it would like just plain weird not having some recognisable logos at a convention centre map

Great game and DEFINITELY a welcome break from COD4. The MP is good and NOT laggy as some have said but I don't think it's going to replace COD4 anytime soon. That'll be GTA IV's job.

I totally love RSV2, The universal rank system is awesome, as I'm not a huge multiplayer person but enjoy levelling up, the new features (although few) are welcome and the general closing of story is nice (if not a little weak). Yet I still have a few gripes about it.
It's not exactly as sequelly as it could be, but then it's only been a year or so, so I'm not to annoyed.
The spawning of terrorists in terrorist hunt is horrible, I had a guy spawn right next to me and then proceed to blow my head off and at times the team ai is a bit poor, but other than that it's a great game.

With regard to the extras, the gun code is mostly useless, more of a cheat than anything, and the comcast map is similar to one that already comes with the game, so it's not much of a bonus.

I do not think this is good, but owed to everyone. Why do I say that? Because of the number of re-hashed maps that are in this game. Some of the maps are old enough that not even all of my life long RS friends remember them, but they are some maps from the much older Xbox versions.

And since Ubi thinks that its not worth their effort on initial outings to deliver 100% new maps and instead seeks onto to offer up refried content then this is certain a bad condition for those paying $60 for this so-called sequel.

Refried maps are nice as a free DLC, but they should never be dependent upon as original content in a game's sequel. This just goes to show the waning condition of the game series and the game developer and publisher.

Buyer beware.

Sad sad news...Take a look at this link and notice I have even
commented my problem on page 23.

I really wish more people new about these serious problems and how
Ubisoft hasn't even acknowledged some of them. Wasn't sure how to
contact X3F and thought your awesome team might post something about
it.

Thanks,
Haywire
