I 'celebrated' by played Wii Sports Bowling, Brawl and Game Party with my family today. Well, my parents didn't play Brawl. That was just me and my brother.

And I found out that Game Party isn't an utterly terribly piece of crap. My mom and brother enjoyed it, at least.

I celebrated by sleeping until noon. I was up late playing SSBB the night before. Lucky for me, my wife was up early enough to hide the eggs. lol

I used Easter to finally solve the problem of who my new favorites are: Kirby, Mr. Game and Watch, Ike, and King Dedede

However, i've been up for almost 23 hours now. A combination of anxiety, sugar, and sleeping in too late gave me crippling insomnia

I put my drawing skill to use and made a little Brawl easter comic.

I also arranged all of my eggs together with two Brawl characters.

My dad made a small movie using edits from 20 year old reunions that was the hit of our extended family's Easter party. My uncle also showed video of testing a machine that would rotate super magnets over superconducting coils at 4K near absolute zero temperature. The aluminum ring holds the magnets over the superconducting metal. Aluminum prongs hold a thin 14 inch diameter saphire glass, cost $10 000, that acts as a polarizing filter; they had to be careful setting it up as aluminum would contract 1/8 inch and the saphire just .004 inch. The ring is rotated through metal conducting coils on the side which will rotate gears along the outer side of the aluminum ring. Once at the cold temperature the whole machine will work upside down. They plan to use this in Antarctica with 3 big telescopes in order to search for background cosmic radiation and theoritically and ideally gravity waves. The graduate students would win any awards for the theory though my uncle worked and built the machine for it all to work at near zero temperature.
