- King's Knight (NES, 1 player, 500 Wii points): A crazed hybrid between vertical-scrolling shooter and RPG, this game was one of the first examples of destructible environments -- you can pretty much destroy everything in your path. You know the drill: choose your character, level up, kill a dragon, save the princess.
- Powerball (Sega Genesis, 1-2 players, 800 Wii points): This bastard child of rugby and football born eons into the future, Powerball has you smack the snot out of the opposing team as you vie for the chance to run the powerball into your neon-lit goal for points.

Seriously guys, you should take the day off. It's Bank Holiday Monday! Go eat yesterday's leftovers and wallow in your own flab.

Final Fantasy VI, please? They would make so much money if they sold all of the Final Fantasy games on the NES & SNES. Imports included

Everyone who wants more Square Enix games on the VC including Final Fantasy, download King's Knight. The last Square Enix game on the VC didn't do well which is why it's been awhile sense another one. If they see that they do real well, they will release more and eventually even Final Fantasy. Download it and keep yours fingers crossed and hopes high!

What're you talking about? King's Knight is awesome. In fact, I think I'll go play some of it right now.

But it's Square, everything they touch is GOLD!
I don't know why they don't just bust out the Dragon Quest library, that would be $20 well spent... $38 with the SNES imports... $56 with the SNES import remakes. Well spent indeed! :). Or like someone already mentioned, Final Fantasy. I guess that would be okay too.
I'll be sitting this week out as well, much like seemingly the last 52 weeks :(

It continues to look like nothing good will hit the vc until wiiware launches. Though perhaps, perhaps, square-enix will throw down some of the titles people really want.

Where the hell is Tetris Attack?

Square doesn't want to release Final Fantasy, because that would provide a cheaper (for the consumer), less profitable (for them) way to get them than buying the PSP remakes.

Seriously, can someone throw out some suggestions for some of the newer VC titles that don't blow? My old roomie left a bunch of points on my Wii. I wanted to get that N64 Kirby but just plain haven't bothered. I wanted to get F Zero but I could probably get the GC one for just a few beans.
Suggestions, anything for godssakes?

I have been having more and more problems with this damned comment system ever since Joystiq posted an article about the damned comment system.
ANYWAY BACK TO MY POINT. Can anyone recommend some VC games that don't suck? Other than the obvious ones?
