I think there are female covenant members I could be wrong but there is a sex option in Halo 3 I don't remember if that option cover the aliens because I always play as a Spartan. I know the issue with the hit boxes was solved but the alien armor is pretty damn notorious.
Out topic: Funny how they used Spartans as the motivations for the units in Halo since Ancient Greeks were teh gay, no offense tho’ but I think it is Ironic.

Lol, the covenant is like a flower, each alien has a female and male side, the male side is predominant, while thier female side is hidden.
As for Master Chief, I suspect hes just sex starved, why not take out your stress of everlasting virginity on Aliens ^^

Speaking of which, in San Andreas, one of my favourite spots was the pyramid casino.
Just doing the spawn cheat to summon tanks and see them fly down the side of the pyramid was rather humourous at the time.
