It's no secret that Electronic Arts has had its eye on Take-Two Interactive lately, but a purchase of the company means a lot more than logos and IPs.

What follows is an examination of the development resources under the Take-Two umbrella. Take a look, you may just be surprised how big that bumbershoot is. For instance, were you aware that that there are more than eight Rockstars? No? Well, what are you wasting your time here for?

It's time to get educated.

I think Kush Games is now 2K Los Angeles. The loading screens in MLB 2K8 showed the 2K LA logo but not Kush.

Well, their "About" page still has Kush listed: http://2ksports.com/about/.

Even weirder, this web domain: http://2klosangeles.com/home/index.html goes to a site about Kush. Either way it's the same place, maybe they just haven't fully changed names. who knows?

Let's face it, all EA are really after from this lot is Rockstar North Firaxis and 2K Boston, if they manage to get their hands on 2K i can't see many of the others staying open

I still think I liked Rockstar better when they were called DMA Design and made the best logical game ever, they went slightly downhill after that.

And by that, I don't mean GTA is a bad series, not at all. Actually, I recognize its excellence. The Lemmings, however, are still superior to it. :>
