There's nothing wrong with the gap on the left (it's a Z piece next to a long piece), and there's only 2 single blocks on the right (the 3rd is actually part of an upside down L piece) so it's really not THAT far off.
I'd still take one if the price wasn't no doubt extortionate

Impracticality of Tetris is that the lined up tetriminoes are supposed to disappear after forming lines but would otherwise then not be shaped and formed enough for anything. Double catch to be recognized as Tetris.
